 Deborah is passionate about supporting people struggling with  Anger, Anxiety, Exam Anxiety, Forgiveness, Guilt, Irrational Thoughts, Lack of Purpose, Obsessive-Compulsiveness, Pain Management, Panic Attacks, Perfectionism, Performance Anxiety, Phobias, Procrastination, Self-Sabotage, and  Workplace Stress. She works with adults, children and young people.

Deborah approaches each person as a unique individual, applying a range of methodologies including the Gordian Pillars - a modern and advanced form of strategic psychotherapy and clinical Hypnosis. Deborah has been an active practitioner of NLP  for 20+ years and trained  at the Institute of Applied Psychology with Gordon Young who is world renowned  as the expert in NLP and Applied Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy.  Deborah is also a former board member of the International Strategic Psychotherapy Association (ISPA) and a faculty member (assessor and trainer) at the Institute of Applied psychology.
